At ePathNexus, we value our instructors and affiliate partners who contribute to our mission of delivering quality education to learners worldwide. This Commission Policy outlines how commissions are calculated, distributed, and managed for instructors and affiliates on our platform.

1. Instructor Commission Policy

a. Revenue Share

  • Instructors earn a [X]% commission on the net revenue generated from their course sales. Net revenue is defined as the total course price paid by the customer, excluding applicable taxes, processing fees, and discounts.
  • Courses sold through promotional campaigns or discount codes may have a reduced revenue share, which will be communicated to the instructor in advance.

  • Commission payouts are processed on a monthly basis and will be issued within 7–10 business days after the end of each calendar month.

2. Affiliate Commission Policy

a. Affiliate Earnings

  • Commission rates may vary depending on specific promotional campaigns or product categories.

b. Cookie Duration

  • The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for [30 days]. This means affiliates will receive credit for any purchase made by a referred customer within this time frame.

  • ePathNexus may require tax forms or other documentation before processing payments.

4. Policy Updates

ePathNexus reserves the right to modify this Commission Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to instructors and affiliates in advance and will apply to future transactions.
